Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Courses will be offered during the day and late afternoons on weekdays. #LI-Onsite Our sociology major is distinguished by an emphasis on experiential learning and internships as high impact education practices. In sociology, SNHU aims to blend the traditional, experiential, and digital learning platforms to explore social and cultural patterns that address the question "How Do We Live—Together"—tying sociological knowledge to students lives, needs, and interests in today's society.
