The position requires the ability to problem solve, be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Previous home health experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage clinical operations of the home health agency
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient care services
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff
- Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
