  • Advanced Home Care and Hospice of Northern Idaho is looking for a full time, RN clinical director to join our amazing home health team. Full time employees are eligible for benefit package. Candidates will work with the entire interdisciplinary team to provide the perfect patient experience and they will be friendly, positive, and focused on excellence. The position requires the ability to problem solve, be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing. Previous home health experience is preferred.

    Key responsibilities:
    - Oversee and manage clinical operations of the home health agency
    - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
    - Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient care services
    - Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff
    - Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including training and professional development opportunities
    - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
    - Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the home health agency
    - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

    Qualifications:
    - RN required (BSN preferred)
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
    - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards of practice
    - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

    $5,000 Sign-on BONUS

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
