Program Director (Non-Profit) develops the programs and teams to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of a non-profit organization. Designs policies, procedures, and strategies to meet program objectives. Job Summary: This job would lead our non-profit Children's Justice & Advocacy Center's response to reduce the impact of child abuse by bringing together Law enforcement, prosecution, mental health, advocates and others in a child friendly setting to investigate abuse and, most importantly, to help children heal from trauma. Minimum Qualifications:
A combination of education, professional experience, and life experience will be considered for this position
Must possess a valid driver's license and have accesss to reliable transportation
Must successfully complete a comprehensive fingerprint crimiinal and child welfare background investigation
Demonstrated ability to maintain impeccable professional boundaries and confidentiality
