Responsibilities:

• Promote respect, trust, and warmth that empowers the group participants through education to make choices and decisions to enhance their individual and family recovery.

• Conduct and monitor youth in Peer Support groups.

• Document the degree of daily participation, response behavior, and interventions provided on response sheet.

• Identify, plan, and execute therapeutic group activities for children on a daily basis.

• Maintains a level of professionalism on a consistent basis towards children, parents, coworkers, and supervisor.

• Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through appropriately and does not create a negative/hostile work environment.

• 
  Communicate accurate information to others in a professional and courteous manner.

• Will be available to be utilized in other areas when needed.

• Will abide by CSB policy and request personal leave 3 days in advance and will contact the supervisor as soon as possible when you are going to be absent.

• Monitors children consistently and never leaves a child unattended without proper supervision.

• Will maintain a level of professionalism with peers at all times.

• Will utilize CSB vehicle to transport peers to and from SOAR Clubhouse daily.

• Work schedule hours will be 10AM-7PM
