Responsibilities:
Promote respect, trust, and warmth that empowers the group participants through education to make choices and decisions to enhance their individual and family recovery.
Conduct and monitor youth in Peer Support groups.
Document the degree of daily participation, response behavior, and interventions provided on response sheet.
Identify, plan, and execute therapeutic group activities for children on a daily basis.
Maintains a level of professionalism on a consistent basis towards children, parents, coworkers, and supervisor.
Accepts direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through appropriately and does not create a negative/hostile work environment.
Communicate accurate information to others in a professional and courteous manner.
Will be available to be utilized in other areas when needed.
Will abide by CSB policy and request personal leave 3 days in advance and will contact the supervisor as soon as possible when you are going to be absent.
Monitors children consistently and never leaves a child unattended without proper supervision.
Will maintain a level of professionalism with peers at all times.
Will utilize CSB vehicle to transport peers to and from SOAR Clubhouse daily.
Work schedule hours will be 10AM-7PM
