Program Director Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs and services related to behavioral health.
- Oversee program operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness to make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
