BlueForce, Inc. is seeking for a Program Manager to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guyana, Suriname, and the Eastern Caribbean. This position is remote (virtual) and may require domestic and international travel.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide reporting information required under the IDIQ contract and task orders accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
• Resolve issues related to program performance.
• Responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations that apply to each task order under the IDIQ contract.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with COR, CO, HQ, and the Deputy Program Managers.
• Attend meetings and conferences as necessary.
• Overall responsibility to ensure high-quality services is delivered, schedules are adhered to, financial controls are established, and complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Help resolve contractual and programmatic issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to the IDIQ Contract and subsequent Task Orders issued under the IDIQ Contract.
• Domestic and international travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizenship
• Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Five (5) years of project/program management experience.
• Eight (8) years of professional experience as a manager.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PMP Certification with demonstrated success applying PMI project management concepts.
• FSI level 2/2 in Spanish is desired.
