Position Purpose
The Leadership Development Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the implementation, maintenance, evaluation, and refinement of multiple executive level leadership development programs, processes, events, and/or projects targeting executive level roles. This position assesses needs designs, develops, implements, and evaluates learning solutions, programs, processes, materials, and content for multiple client-specific performance solutions. The Program Manager consults with all levels of leadership on employee/team development needs and collaborating with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop learning content and curricula. In addition, the Program Manager may have supervisory and/or team leadership responsibility based on the project/process. The Program Manager continuously improves the efficiency, effectiveness, cost, and quality within project scopes.
