What you can expect from Scouted

• Develop skills and mental models via internal documents at some of today’s top startups
• Learn from Product leaders working in top tech startups through live sessions and exclusive content
• Top candidates who complete the program will walk away with (potentially multiple) job offers at startups
• Sharpen your skills with exposure to real-world problems
• Receive real feedback from leaders within startups to improve the quality of your work as we simulate a real world working environment
• Build a network with other people who will be impactful in the startup community in the future
• Get a chance to show what you're capable of, not how nice your resume is

What we expect from you

• Full attendance of all events during your cohort over the course of 4 weeks
• ~40 hours of total commitment spread between two products and a handful of sessions

You might be a fit for the program if you…

• Are located in North America or the UK
• Are eligible to start a full time role by Summer ‘24 at the latest
• Aim to become a business leader
• Do not require sponsorship to continue residing in North America or the UK
