HOURS: 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. 8 am to 5 pm, with evenings, weekends, and on call as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The CARES Wraparound model is a strength-based, family driven child abuse prevention and diversion program model designed as a level of care on the front end of the child welfare continuum. The Wraparound Program Manager is responsible to coach and support the team providing CARES wraparound services and ensure fidelity to the model. The Manager will serve as a Wraparound subject matter expert to lead, coach, and develop staff to excellence in the CARES model. In this position you will promote and provide leadership in developing strong relationships and consensus building with family members, family partners, providers, and the community. You will also provide consultation and expertise in assisting families with complex mental health issues and systems navigation, along with assisting staff in addressing complex situations with families and problem solving in a creative and flexible environment. The Program Manager will lead data collection to ensure the process is outcome-driven.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field, plus one to two years of related experience. Licensed Social Worker or Social Work Associate through the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners, or ability to become licensed. Must be at least 21 years old. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
