As a Program Coordinator, you will Support the work of Camp Noah Program Managers. The Program Coordinator will also support Site Coordinators, volunteers, and community partners in the development and implementation of Camp Noah in Florida. This position will represent Lutheran Social Service and Camp Noah in a professional manner in communities where Camp Noah is operating in Florida. This position serves 6 camps, 300 campers, and 300 volunteers for Camp Noah in Southwest Florida. This position is responsible for coordinating with each camp’s Site Coordinator to ensure that each camp’s needs are being met in the preparation and execution of the camp.
This is a part-time, temporary position serving children impacted by Hurricane Ian. Must be bilingual Spanish/English and have a vehicle for in-state travel. Prefer familiarity with disaster recovery and trauma-informed care. Position will be supervised remotely by director working from the national office in Minnesota.
