Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

    FLSA Status: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt
    FTE:

              - 12pm - 8pm, with the ability to flex based on the need of the program
    Salary Range: 
    $58,000 - 67,000/annually, depending on qualifications & experience

    Want to join a dynamic team serving adults living with serious mental illness and substance use? This position is responsible for leading the mental health practitioner and mental health rehabilitation worker team in our residential crisis and intensive residential treatment program. This position will provide training opportunities, performance evaluation, and review clinical documentation for staff. In addition, this position will role model clinical practice with an emphasis on quality of care, outcome review and management, and client centered approach. This position will partner directly with the clinical supervisor and program manager to ensure variance standards are met from a staffing ratio and compliance standard along with developing a schedule for a 24/7 residential program.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Knowledge of laws, licensure, and policies that affect service areas and participants.
    • Provide leadership and supervision to team members so they can provide person-centered services and support to clients.
      • Weekly supervision for new team members.
      • Bi-weekly supervision for team members after their successful 90-day review.
    • Conduct onboarding training for new team members by 30, 60, and 90 days; monitor annual trainings.
    • Ensure services from the team are documented in the client’s electronic medical record so information is readily available, results of services can be determined, and record-keeping standards are met.
    • Create and manage schedule for multiple shifts (ensure staffing ratio, manage time off requests, and fill in as needed).
    • Manage hiring process for new applicants.
    • Order program supplies and adhere to program budget.
    • Work as a team member and promote and model shared responsibility and collaboration.
    • Empower staff to complete their job function in the spirit of the agency’s mission and in accordance with agency standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or human services related field OR
    • Qualified as a mental health practitioner within the state of Minnesota by one of the following:
      • At least 30 semester/45 quarter credits AND 2000 hours of supervised experience in the provision of mental health services.
      • 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the provision of mental health services.

    Additional Requirements

    • Ability to pass a MN Department of Human Services background check.
    • Ability to perform CPR, first aid, and respond to emergency situations.
    • Ability to navigate stairways.
    • Ability to lift and carry weights that could be up to 20 - 50 pounds.
    • A valid Class ‘D’ Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
    • Must not be actively receiving services from Guild and cannot have received services within the last two years.
