Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. PROGRAM SUPERVISOR
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt
FTE: 1.0
- 12pm - 8pm, with the ability to flex based on the need of the program
Salary Range: $58,000 - 67,000/annually, depending on qualifications & experience

Want to join a dynamic team serving adults living with serious mental illness and substance use? This position is responsible for leading the mental health practitioner and mental health rehabilitation worker team in our residential crisis and intensive residential treatment program. This position will provide training opportunities, performance evaluation, and review clinical documentation for staff. In addition, this position will role model clinical practice with an emphasis on quality of care, outcome review and management, and client centered approach. This position will partner directly with the clinical supervisor and program manager to ensure variance standards are met from a staffing ratio and compliance standard along with developing a schedule for a 24/7 residential program.
