Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Family Continuity in Hyannis, Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Programs Supervisor to provide administrative leadership, program oversight, and is responsible for managing the provision of quality services delivered by an interdisciplinary team in a comprehensive and collaborative manner.

     

    Family Continuity is rapidly expanding its energetic workforce to lead fast paced, innovative clinical programming in our six different sites throughout Northeast, Southeast and Central Massachusetts.     Responsibilities

    • Provide strong leadership, team building, and systems management skills in a team-based environment.
    • Practice a professional manner in communication and presentation as required in all interactions with agency staff, other agencies, and care providers.
    • Provide supervision to direct care staff that is conducive to the understanding and development and promotion of staff and individuals’ and families’ served competencies.
    • Responsible for assigning and monitoring caseloads, approving and monitoring staff training, absences and ensuring adequate program coverage.
    • Coordinate and lead regularly scheduled team meetings.
    • Assist with the development of program budget; conducts and approves activities in accordance with approved plans and budgets.
    • Monitor and ensure that program expenditures remain within budget.
    • Assist with oversight, monitoring and participation in the MDT review process of all programmatic documentation ensuring completion and appropriate quality of documentation on a timely basis.
    • Build, promote, and maintain strong partnerships with other vendors, state agencies, institutions (public health, hospitals, schools, etc.), service agencies, and organizations in the community.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or similar field
    • Minimum of five years post graduate experience providing therapeutic treatment services is required, including a minimum of one year of management and supervisory experience.
    • Must be independently licensed – LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or Doctoral Licensure (licensed PsyD, PhD) and maintain licensure throughout employment.
    • Must have had clinical independent license for at least three years.
    • Current driver's license, proper auto insurance coverage, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the community
    • Must have access to personal cell phone.
