Program Supervisor coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsible for aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Being a Program Supervisor develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Additionally, Program Supervisor recommends changes to improve process efficiency and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Supervisor contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     We are now seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team! This is a part-time position with the potential of future fulltime.

    The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the recreational, spiritual and activity needs of the community.

    • Responsible for the activity calendar including planning and supervising/executing all events.
    • Creates schedules for community bus service.
    • Ability to creatively decorate community for various events.
    • Researches, interviews and hires entertainment for events.
    • Establishes relationship with residents and their families and takes part in creating an enjoyable life experience for them every day.
    • Is able to think on their feet, is a good problem solver, proactive worker, and talented multi-tasker
    • Establishes a relationship with outside sources such as local senior centers, religious groups, libraries, hospitals, high schools, local merchants and more.

    We seek a candidate who will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented community! A self-motivated, vibrant personality is a must! Three years’ experience in programs and/or senior services is preferred. Experience with public relations is a plus!
