Main Responsibilities Of The Accountant:

• Work closely with the project managers throughout the life of the project, ensuring financially and administratively accuracy reflected in monthly invoicing based on contract requirements
• Set up billings and close out projects
• project costs are recorded properly; prepare project labor and expense adjustments when needed
• Review and processing of project budgets, vendor proposals, change orders, and invoices within financial system
• Assist at month end and year end with reports and reconciliations

Qualifications Of The Project Accountant:

• Viewpoint software experience
• Prior construction, real estate, or property management industry experience
• Detailed and organized
• Strong communication skills
