Responsibilities
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Provides administrative support for project teams requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of MS Office Suite, Account Receivables, Billings, and Customer Service.
- Works independently to perform advanced, diversified, and complex administrative duties.
- Prepares statistical reports as requested. Maintains all necessary records and files for reporting and audit purposes.
- Handles routine inquiries/situations through direct interpersonal action or refers to the appropriate individual.
- Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memorandums, presentation materials, and reports.
- Compiles and distributes class schedules, program descriptions, and instructor evaluations.
- May serve as liaison with the community or other external agencies with regard to Company/ Department activities, programs, and needs.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
- Answers telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, and redirects calls as appropriate.
- Receives and directs visitors as requested.
- Arranges meetings and conferences as directed.
- Maintains employee/department records, files, documentation, etc.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all department information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for administrative support to a project team.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: AIA Billings, Account Receivables, Creating and maintaining documents; Customer contact and other duties as appropriate.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU OFFER
- EXPERIENCE: Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required.
- SPECIALIZED SKILLS: High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organization skills, and highly computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Forefront, etc.).
