    Hourly Rate: $40/hr
    Average Hours: 20/wk
    The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Boulder office and helping maintain a pleasant work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, facilitating daily and weekly catering, and managing corporate apartment scheduling
    Oversee day-to-day office activities and serve as a main point of contact for the Operations Team
    Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment including procurement, maintenance, and replacement
    Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
    Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services; arrange necessary repairs and maintenance
    Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and planning meetings
    Support all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves, additions, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested
    Support other teams with various administrative tasks

    Required Qualifications:
    Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
    Experience in customer service will be a plus
    Hands on experience with common office hardware and software (e.g. office printers, Zoom, MS Office)
    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
    A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
    Ability to work onsite in downtown Boulder
