Responsibilities:
· Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality standards
· Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
· Troubleshoot issues and communicate with maintenance teams
· Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures
· Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production
· Continuous focus on goal achievement, quality, and output optimization
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual
· Communicate in English
· Follow safety procedures
· Adapt to changing conditions
· Stand, walk, bend for full shift
· Lift up to 50 lbs
· Basic math skills
· Customer service focused
· 1 year experience in production or warehouse preferred
· Experience with liquid/powder batches helpful
· Forklift experience beneficial
