The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow with technicians in the field. - Receive Customer Calls and Dispatch Technicians in the field.
- Track job progress, time and materials for billing purposes
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
- Follow up with Customer's to ensure their needs are being met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
