Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow with technicians in the field. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

```Duties```
- Receive Customer Calls and Dispatch Technicians in the field.

- Track job progress, time and materials for billing purposes
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as necessary
- Follow up with Customer's to ensure their needs are being met.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
