    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Manage day-to-day construction operations from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
    • Work closely with CEO, project managers, field staff, clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc. in order to meet demands of the project
    • Schedule Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure timely project completion
    • Schedule inspections as necessary to ensure timely project completion
    • Determine required resources (manpower, equipment and materials)
    • Ensuring crews are operating all tools and equipment in a safe, proper and productive manner
    • Maintain daily log of jobsite activities in a clear and accurate manner
    • Administer weekly jobsite meetings
    • Production of 2 week look ahead
    • Review and report issues timely if/when they arise and review potential impact
    • Read and understand drawings.
    • Executes tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Follows all procedures and protocols
    • Must be flexible and a team player with all LMJ employees
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a construction project manager
    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred
    • Knowledgeable in the field of commercial construction a plus
    • Experience using construction or project management software preferred
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
    • Must have excellent communications skills, excellent work ethics and moral integrity.
    • Self-starter who works well independently
