    The Opportunity:

    Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Support the scheduling of tasks and activities to meet project milestones.
    Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
    • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.
    • Document and communicate project issues, risks, and resolutions.
    Budget Management:
    • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
    • Contribute to cost control measures to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
    Quality Assurance:
    • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure construction work meets specified standards.
    • Participate in inspections to identify and address quality issues.
    Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate effectively with project team members, contractors, and clients.
    • Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns from stakeholders.
    Safety Compliance:
    • Promote and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
    • Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
    Risk Management:

    Procurement Support:

    The Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
