Our growing Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our current and future scope of projects. Our work includes, but is not limited to projects such restaurants, medical facilities, schools, university buildings, sports complexes. Experience with solid surface such as Corian, hard surface such as quartz, kitchen and vanity countertops is considered a plus. Experience with commercial construction project management, construction plan takeoffs, plumbing and plumbing fixtures and installations is required.
GENERAL SKILLS
· Provide support for a team of sales managers to grow the business;

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Accountable for all aspects of assigned project management and support;
· Plan, direct and coordinate projects to ensure on-time completions within budget;
· Manage and coordinate projects by sourcing and ordering material, tracking production time, scheduling shipments and installation;
· Evaluate drawings and specifications to determine requirements necessary for project success;
· Inspect works in progress to ensure conformity to specifications and schedules;
· Forecast deficiencies and unrealistic expectations while identifying solutions;
· Create and maintain fluid and effective project schedules; Company Liaison between customers, vendors and installers, relationship builder;
· Assist and work with engineering, purchasing and production teams;
· Proactively handle project issues and/or risks;
· Manage budgets, manpower, expenses and costs to complete;
· Issue and negotiate RFI's and Change Orders;
· Support Sales Managers by generating estimates, providing marketing material, tracking projects, providing status reports on quotes and orders;
· Provide Customer Service through project status updates, tracking deliveries, assisting with warranty and shipping claims;
· Enter information into SalesForce and Monday.com
· Assist with email and phone calls when team members are out of the office;
· Attend weekly internal sales and project meetings:
REQUIRED BACKGROUND
· Minimum (5) years relevant experience in architectural specialties and commercial construction;
· Effective oral and written communication skills;
· Experience managing projects from $10K to $2M;
· Architectural specialties design, installation methods and materials knowledge;
· Aptitude for math.
· Experience with Accounting or Bookkeeping is a plus.
· Proficient with/in entire Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce CRM and Quickbooks;
· Highly Proficient in Project Management Software, willingness to learn Trade Software packages
· Experience with CAD and Revit is a plus;
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
· Critical thinker and problem solver; and
· Team player with a focused attention to detail.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
· Compensation for this full-time salaried position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
