Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator to join our team. The Project Estimator will play a crucial role in the estimation process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.

Duties:

- Utilize software such as Leap, CompanyCam, and other tools to prepare detailed project estimates
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost of materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, sales managers and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop and submit bids and proposals for construction projects
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project and address any concerns

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Construction Estimating or a related field
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Ability to manage schedule efficently

- Proven experience in Customer Service and client interface

Pay: $54,853.97 - $66,060.70 per year

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Toledo, OH 43615: Relocate before starting work (Required)
