Join a team with 100 years in the multi-family industry! Price Brothers Management Company is currently hiring a Director who is experienced in all aspects of residential management. Design, improve and implement company policies and procedures related to property management; responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Senior and Community Level Management. Shares responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of all communities. Works in partnership with Executive and Senior Management on special projects, administrative tasks, and other related work.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent leader and has years of multi-family residential management experience to organize and oversee the daily operations of our company.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Establish and maintain Company standards at the highest level achievable and assure that a maximum level of customer service to residents is provided
• Promote excellence in residential property team management relations
• Assure team maximizes NOI through the minimization of delinquent rent, vacancy, and rental incentives
• Oversee the training programs for team and motivate staff
• Develop and approve a marketing plan to maximize the gross potential by utilizing the plan for rent increases
• Review NOI for all communities to assure effective expense control and operating costs
• Design and develop systems to maximize cash flow for the communities
• Encourage and direct the management team to pursue excellence with the physical appearance of each community
• Monitor fuel and utility consumption to assure budgets are maintained
• Oversee and establish long-term capital improvement programs for all communities
• Understand and assure that all federal, state, and local community standards are met

Required Experience

• A minimum of six years prior residential management experience required
• A minimum of four years supervisor experience required
