The Company: Renewal Claims Solutions is a fast-paced restoration dry cleaner in Northern California. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their soft good items.

The Position: ISFthat will focus on growing our relationship with insurance adjusters and contractors. We’re looking for that Customer Service superstar with a sales mindset that excels at building long term relationships with their contacts. Via email, calls and occasional meetings at job sites, you will be building relationships to enhance and expand our current network. The ability to research, identify and cultivate new relationships will be the key to success.

Additional responsibilities to Include:

-Include for maintaining records, and ensuring program compliance with several insurance carriers.

-Assisting with day to day claim management as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

·Helping Manage Claims in Restoration

- Driving to loss in company vehicle

- Provide “above and beyond” customer service

- Managing Account Receivable calling on customers and adjusters to get payment in a timely manner.
