We are currently seeking a Claims Processing and Management Services Project Manager to join our team in Montgomery, Alabama (US-AL), United States (US).
Working in collaboration with project leadership, she/he will actively participate in project management activities as well as the delivery of tasks/activities and deliverables associated with the CPMS effort. Ensure state staff and system vendors share a common understanding of program, technical and business requirements as well as desired outcomes. Serve as subject matter expert and consulting resource for the organization. Collaborate internally and with state/customer staff to communicate business rules and technical changes to external stakeholders. In collaboration with other NTT DATA GCA consultants, the selected candidate will work directly with state staff and vendors to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation and evaluation of key system changes and processes to help the client achieve organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities Include:
* Experience monitoring procurement, DDI and day-to-day operations of an MMIS module and software/ system maintenance and changes. * Ability to identify, articulate and fully document risks and issues.
* Expert level knowledge in creating, managing, and maintaining project schedules.
* Must be forward-thinking while managing the project.
* Analytical skills required to review operations reports to detect inconsistencies or errors and to ensure SLAs, KPIs and metrics are being met.
* Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum 8 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
*Minimum 6 years of experience managing implementation and operations of Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer projects.
*Minimum 6 years of experience managing multi-contractor projects, or similar complex integration efforts.
*Minimum 4 years of experience managing Claims Processing and Management Services projects.
*Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
*Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $84,000 - 140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
