Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. POSITION SUMMARY
Estimate, plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with petroleum construction projects. Oversee and participate in scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of projects. Survey potential worksites and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and labor agencies. Provide a comprehensive cost analysis for potential clients. Every estimate needs to address all relevant governmental regulations. Excellent communication skills are required to present estimates to stakeholders and clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Create comprehensive cost estimates for a wide variety of construction projects.
· Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope.
· Apply for and obtain all necessary permits or licenses.
· plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience as an estimator is required. A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
Preferred experience: project management experience or petroleum industry experience, construction industry, proficiency with cost estimating software and/or Microsoft Excel, familiarity with construction practices, price and procedures, vendor management, procurement, construction management, and use of personal computers and smartphones.

· Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) hard hat, safety vest & glasses when necessary.
EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required. A relevant bachelor's degree or five years of relevant work experience is required.
