Project Manager - Construction jobs in Houston, TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Duties:
- Develop project plans, including goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience in plan reading, project buyout and scope writing

- Experience with Procore for project tracking, billing, & invoicing
- Ability to control costs and drive program design
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate project status effectively
- Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in process mapping and optimization
- Proficient in requirements gathering and analysis

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
