Project manager would be responsible for up to $25M worth of projects at one time – clients would be the US Army Corps and the DOJ.
Project Manager will be responsible for obtaining, planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising construction to ensure an on-time, on-budget project execution with high quality and no safety issues.
The initial project is located at Redstone Arsenal and is a $15M bid build construction of a new Substation. The Project Manager would be working with an onsite team consisting of a QC Manager and dual-hatted Superintendent/SSHO.
