Project Scheduler/Planner

  • Info Gain Consulting (IGC) is looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team on an upcoming Program supporting a federal client. This position is hybrid remote, requiring onsite support from time to time as required by the client.

    Responsibility:

    • Support project managers with developing, statusing, and maintaining project schedules and budgets in the Project Management System
    • Provide support in maintaining Project Management System data quality
    • Provide training and mentoring to new schedulers.
    • Initiate new projects in the Project Management System, develop Work Breakdown Structures following program guidance, develop schedule activities and budgets, execute Project Management System workflows, and create and maintain project baselines per program guidance.
    • Assist project managers with monthly statusing for program reporting purposes, and incorporating changes into their projects.
    • Review Project Management System data quality, ensure data complies with corporate, regional, and program standards, and address specific inquiries and data calls from higher-level authorities.
    • Provide one-on-one or small group training to new employees on an ad hoc or semi-formal basis.

    Qualifications.

    • Oracle Primavera hands-on experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Four-year degree in Project or Business management or related field,
    • More than one year of experience scheduling in the Corps of Engineers Project Management System system
    • Familiar with the Corps of Engineers’ data quality standards in at least one mission area (Civil Works, Military, and/or Environmental/IIS).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $22.85 - $36.36 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    • Seattle, WA 98134: Relocate before starting work (Required)
