This Position is a blend of Management shift operations for Opening, Closing, and Mid shifts as well as Premium Bartending shifts weekly. As a Manager you will learn our Core Values and Leadership Power Skills as well as our all of our systems and standards to help you lead our Team Members and Guests to great experiences.
Our bartenders are responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcohol beverages for guests and fellow employees as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with others. We're looking for people who love the hospitality industry and are willing to learn.
Requirements:
Must be able to work 40 hours a week with hours split between managing and bartending.
Must have experience working in a food service environment, however, management experience not required.
