Looking for organized, responsible, personable, motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced theatrical fabrication and audio/visual production shop. A unique skill set is required including excellent administrative and organizational skills. Salary is to be determined based upon experience or performance as well as attitude and commitment.

The Admin would ideally have the following skills:

· High Energy and High Motivation are required!

· Acute attention to detail is a must.

· Must be dependable, prompt and disciplined.

· Pleasant telephone/communication skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Ability to take direction, but also be self-sufficient with their tasks.

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

· Position requires moving boxes when received as well as frequent traversing through the shop.

· Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers based on price and timeline

· Prepare purchase orders to order materials, goods, and supplies.

· Track orders to ensure timely delivery

· Review quality of purchased products and review deliveries against orders

· Manage undelivered, under-ordered, over-ordered, and damaged goods

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices

· Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
