Associate Supervisor (BACB candidate/fieldwork student)
- Full-time associate clinical supervisor to oversee home-based ABA programs under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience, starting at 65,000

Overview
Hyperion Behavioral Health Center specializes in the diagnosis and support of children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder. WHO YOU ARE
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree or current graduate student required
- COVID-19 vaccination proof required
- TB clearance required
- DOJ background check required
- Experience supervising behavior therapists
- Knowledgeable in designing ABA program curricula
- Experience designing and implementing behavior plans
- Fluent in Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, Naturalistic Teaching, and other teaching methods
- Knowledge of typical child development
- Experience conducting skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- Familiar with graphing data
- Demonstrate sophisticated writing skills, especially in the area of assessment report writing and progress report writing
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Create & oversee ABA treatment programs that align with Hyperion's values and our belief in teaching contextually and flexibly
- Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments in collaboration with BCBAs
- Design, model, and oversee behavior support plans under the guidance and mentorship of skilled BCBAs
- Write age-appropriate and socially significant goals for each client
- Develop parent goals and conduct parent training
- Write high quality assessment reports and progress reports for various funding sources
- Data analysis and data graphing
- Train, supervise, and evaluate behavior therapists
- Facilitate team meetings
- Model appropriate teaching skills to therapists and families
- Follow company protocols and deadlines
- Meet regularly with clinical manager to review caseload and client programs
