Proof Supervisor performs a variety of clerical functions relating to check processing, deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Operates a proof machine which encodes and endorses checks and deposits. Being a Proof Supervisor finds errors and makes appropriate reconciliations, adjustments, and corrections. May be responsible for batching and distribution. Additionally, Proof Supervisor requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Proof Supervisor works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Proof Supervisor typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and supervise.
- Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
