Performs sorting and assembly duties and oversees operation of area printers. Assembles form letters and dictated letters for Claim Services, Policyowner Services, Underwriting, etc. Maintains daily production record of assembled folders. Monitors operation of printers to ensure quality printing output. Uses the PC to proofread and verify completed documents for accuracy, spelling and punctuation; notes errors and returns to appropriate Word Processing Specialist. Returns all rough drafts to requesters for corrections. Sorts printed documents by batch number. Performs all job duties in a cooperative, team-oriented manner. Provides clerical support to the Claim Auditors and CIA Analysts. Sorts and distributes claim documents and related materials. Answers administrative support questions to Auditors. Trains and instructs new employees in specific job duties and departmental procedures.
High school diploma or its equivalent is required. Approximately one year of prior Claim Services or Word Processing experience is required. Working understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Expert level understanding of multifunction devices. Able to troubleshoot file management workflow issues. Attention to detail is required.
