Partnership Property Management understands that it takes a strong team to be successful and we are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team as a Property Manager in the Greensboro & Greenville area.
Our Property Managers are responsible for the management of the staff at an assigned group of apartment communities. They also oversee the financial performance of the properties and serve as a point person for third-party relationships.
There is not a list that can encompass everything that a Property Manager does, but some of the essential functions and responsibilities are:
· Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business
· Provide direction and leadership to staff at apartment communities
· Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process
· Oversee the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds
· Monitor cash flow and cash requirements in conjunction with Senior Manager to ensure efficient use of cash
· Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure their satisfaction
· Perform regular property inspections with staff
· Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
