Maintains storage facility and coordinates proper disposal of sensitive materials including narcotics, bio-hazardous materials, firearms, and explosives. Additionally, Property and Evidence Clerk typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Property and Evidence Clerk works under moderate supervision. APARTMENT PROPERTY MANAGER

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

We are looking for a full-time Property Manager for our apartment complex that has less than 100 units.
Principal Objective of the Position: The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy of the property, control expenses and staying within the propertys operating budget, rent collection, delinquency/collections, resident satisfaction/retention, maintenance issues and upkeep of the grounds and office areas and achieving all compliance-related measures/guidelines/requirements.
