Grace Harbour, Inc. (http://gharbour.com ) a youth and family serving agency with locations throughout Georgia, is looking for a therapist to deliver Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to families in Bibb county. FFT is a top researched community-based intervention model directed at families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old where there is involvement in the juvenile justice system. Duties include assessment, treatment, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers, families, youth, and community stakeholders. You will function as part of a FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation. Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule based on families’ availability. Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy including trauma treatment, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and behaviorally-based treatments preferred. Master's in mental health or related field required. Ga. licensure preferred. 

This is a full time position with competitive benefits. Starting Base Salary Range as a W2 Employee is $47,500-52,250 depending on education & licensure, plus a $1000 sign on bonus and with the potential to earn approximately $2000/year with successful participation in the Incentive Bonus Program.
