Maintains storage facility and coordinates proper disposal of sensitive materials including narcotics, bio-hazardous materials, firearms, and explosives. Additionally, Property and Evidence Clerk typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Property and Evidence Clerk works under moderate supervision. Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a temporary Property Management Clerk opportunity for our customer in Carlsbad, NM for the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP).
The Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is the nation’s only permanent nuclear waste repository for defense-generated transuranic (TRU) waste generated from Department of Energy (DOE) sites across the country. Waste is permanently isolated over 2,000 feet underground in deep salt beds.
Work Location: May be at the Skeen Whitlock Building or at the WIPP Site
Anticipated duration of assignment: 3 to 4 months

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years related experience desired.
US Citizenship Required.
