Weekly Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (5 days per week), Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Summary:
The Evidence Team Associate will edit detailed written reports submitted by our Field Investigators and Social Media Investigators for potentially fraudulent Workers' Compensation claims on behalf of our clients. The Evidence Team Associate will also perform data entry duties and assist with other related duties, such as deploying MURF, among other office-related tasks. The Evidence Associate is pivotal to maintaining the workflow of evidence throughout the office and updating sensitive information to the office staff on a daily basis.
Specific Job Duties:
- Review and edit confidential reports for spelling and grammar mistakes
- Handle and secure confidential evidence
- Enter new cases and update current cases
- Respond to new case referrals
- Track and maintain case inventory
- Coordinate and manage shipping of USBs and other highly confidential evidence
- Maintain workflow throughout the office
- Maintain communication with clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required. (writing-intensive or research-intensive major or film major is preferred)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Work in a team environment with inside and outside field staff
