- Maintain accurate records through data entry and management of property files using software such as Yardi or OneSite.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare monthly reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones through effective customer relationship management.
- Assist in conflict management between tenants or between tenants and management when necessary.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate administration, particularly within LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to effectively market properties and negotiate lease agreements.
- Legal administrative skills to ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate files and records.
