Property Management Project Assistant
Office experience required

Available to start immediately.

We are looking for someone to be our project assistant at our Property Management office. Duties include but are not limited to, overseeing the status of repair projects on properties, processing and providing quick responses to work orders submitted by tenants, creating and organizing schedules for cleaning and inspections, scanning and processing rental applications, answering emails, communicating over the phone, and other duties as necessary.
Office experience required, proficient computer skills preferred.
Monday-Thursday (10 am to 2 pm)

About Re/Max Excel and Excel Brokers Property Management
We are a small real estate and property management group in the Logan, UT area. Our agents cover as North as Idaho and as South as St. George -- finding you a better home. The property management side manages over 30 properties in Logan.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Office Assitance: 1 year (Preferred)
