ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Capital Choice Property Management is located in Orem, Utah and manages about 160 rental properties in the Utah County Area. We are looking for someone with great customer service experience, organizational skills, and an eager learner.
SCHEDULE
Average schedule will be M-F 12:30 PM - 6 PM.
The job is flexible with time off / arranging schedules.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing applications for potential renters -- employment background checks, rental history, etc
Giving tours of rental units to potential renters
Filing new leases and other legal documents
Moving in new renters, explaining lease terms, preparing their move-in packet
Compiling a list of charges and credits after move out to return Security Deposit
Answering phone calls and walk ins and emails to give information about the property, assisting with the online portal, and solving potential issues
Semi-annual inspection / walk-throughs of the units
Overseeing maintenance / repair communication with homeowners
Handling "simple" community complaints, such as noise complaints etc
Uploading receipts and closing out work orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required
US work authorization required
Spanish speaking is a plus
Drivers License is required
Job to begin by May 1st, 2024. There will be 3 days of paid afternoon training, and then full time work after that.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
