ABOUT THIS JOB

This is a full time role as a Property & Casualty Insurance Agent for LUNA insurance, a Trend Capital portfolio company.  This is a role that requires proficiency with independent carries and experience working in a multi-lines brokerage. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, insurance solutions, and support to our clients utilizing our proprietary AMS/CRM and client facing app. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and be part of a dynamic team with a hybrid work arrangement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specifically interested in someone looking for a Friday - Monday schedule; Working weekends (three days off)

• Conduct over-the-phone sales for auto insurance policies.

• Leverage your Ezlyx experience to streamline the application process for clients.

• Utilize your independent broker experience to provide personalized insurance solutions.

• Handle automatic home insurance inquiries and sales.

• Collaborate with clients to identify their unique insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Work with a range of insurance providers, including Allstate, Safeco, Nationwide, Chubb, and Travelers.

• Provide guidance on policy coverage, rates, and terms.

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Proven experience in over-the-phone auto sales within the insurance industry.

• Familiarity with Ezlyx and the ability to use it effectively for policy applications and customer relationship management.

• Previous experience as an independent insurance broker.

• Knowledge of auto and home insurance policies and a demonstrated ability to sell them.

• Experience working with well-known insurance providers such as Allstate, Safe Co., Nationwide, Chubb, and Travelers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

• The capacity to work independently and as part of a remote team in a hybrid role.

• A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

• A valid insurance agent’s license for the relevant state(s)

• If WA resident, registered with the state
