Responsibilities include posting and collecting rents, maintaining the property by delegating work to staff. Renting of units, marketing any vacant units, professional relationship with residents. Preparing move ins and processing move outs. Certifying residents to meet the income restrictions of the property.
Experience with section 42, USDA, HUD helpful but not necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and be able to pass a drug test.
Must be dependable, proactive, computer experience including word, excel, and Microfsoft teams.
