Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Teacher to join our team. As a After School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. You will play a crucial role in their educational and personal development.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create engaging and interactive classroom activities to promote student participation and learning
- Provide instruction in various subjects, such as math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive school culture
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, diversity, and equality
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Skills:
- Childcare experience: Experience working with children in a childcare or daycare setting is preferred.
- Classroom management: Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in an educational or mentoring capacity is highly desirable.
- Theater or sports coaching: Experience in theater or sports coaching can be beneficial in engaging students through creative activities.
- Knowledge of childhood development: Understanding of early childhood education principles and child development stages.
