Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician to join one of our Ormond Beach facilities. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is 1 in 3 and very limited. This facility offers Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!
