Provider Network Director directs and develops a healthcare provider network. Designs and administers policies and services that comply with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Being a Provider Network Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Provider Network Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Internal Medicine / Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician to join one of our Ormond Beach facilities. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is 1 in 3 and very limited. This facility offers Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!
Position Details
* 18-20 Patients per day
* Outpatient only
* Flexible 40-hour work week
* No weekends
* Limited call
* No non-compete
