PROVIDER NETWORK MANAGER manages the operations of a healthcare provider network. Through the PACE program, our Health Plan Services team is ensuring our seniors receive top quality clinical care so they can age well and live independently in their communities. Our Senior Manager, Network Operations will enable this through operational transformation on the Provider Network team. The Senior Manager, Network Operations will contribute to several high-impact projects that will result in a robust, high-performing Network for our PACE participants.
This is a remote position with up to 15% travel.
Essential Job Duties:
· Develop and oversee new execution capabilities for the department, including reporting, project management, and process and performance improvement
· Partner cross-functionally with various leaders in all areas of the business to assist with the drive towards core operational improvements
· Use process improvement best practices to engineer/reengineer and implement consistent organizational processes and clear engagement models
· Influence the design and implementation of Welbe’s provider data management solution, with cross-functional data coming in across all of Health Plan Services
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience with end-to-end healthcare project management
· Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of education

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $120,164.59 to $144,197.51 annually Bonus Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
