Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Programs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a vital role that requires strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.

    Responsibilities:
    - Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants
    - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
    - Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards and protocols
    - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care
    - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing practice
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
    - Handle any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families

    Requirements:
    - Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
    - Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role
    - In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols
    - Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks
    - Proficient in performing vital signs assessments, medication administration, physical examinations, ventilating patients, dialysis procedures, and aseptic techniques
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
