Provider Programs Manager oversees the provider network administration function of an organization. Collects data, analyzes and reports on claims, utilization, costs and changes. Being a Provider Programs Manager reviews existing and future reimbursement policies, regulations and guidelines. Ensure competitiveness of provider network by the deployment of cost effective programs and systems that deliver results that meet cost control and quality goals of the organization. Additionally, Provider Programs Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Programs Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Education:

Understanding the importance of clear, direct, precise and timely communication in carrying out Dispatch functions. Familiarity with the geographic area served by the company.
Experience:
Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Event experience preferred.
Chauffeured Transportation experience a plus!
Certificates, Licenses:
CDL Class B License with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes or ability to obtain said License.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to train, supervise and motivate employees to perform their duties in an exemplary manner. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the role that Dispatchers play in the overall operation and success of the company.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to calmly apply common sense understanding to problem solving.
Communication Skills:
Ability to perform computer data entry with minimal errors and teach others to do the same. Ability to read and comprehend directions. Ability to complete pertinent forms.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to perform the mathematical functions involved in filling out billing forms and the ability to teach others to do the same.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Proven track record of successfully Managing a Team of 10 or more employees.
