Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas of responsibility, including overnight stays. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in business OR 4 years’ experience in managed care environment. 2 years’ experience in a position that demonstrates leadership abilities and sound decision-making. Knowledge of contracts, applications and products; claims processing systems. Demonstrated proficiency in provider reimbursement methods. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Verbal and written communication skills; organizational and planning skills; ability to take initiative and work independently. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office.
